Our Pastor
Pastor Kent Holz

I grew up in a small town in southern Minnesota.  I received my college education from Northwestern College in Watertown, Wisconsin.   After attending Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, Wisconsin, for two years, I had the opportunity to intern at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church in Columbia, Tennessee in 1996. I graduated from Seminary in 1998 with a Master of Divinity degree.

From 1998-2003, I served at Abiding Peace Lutheran Church in Simpsonville, South Carolina, and I served from 2003-2008 at Word of Life Lutheran Church in Appleton, Wisconsin.  I accepted the call to serve here at Beautiful Savior in Clarksville in June of 2008.

I am married to Pam, and we have been blessed with four children; Nathan, Joel, Adam, and Lydia.  I enjoy spending time with the family, and most outdoor activities—from camping to gardening to fishing.

I am excited to be here in Clarksville.  I enjoy meeting all the different people from different walks of life.  Everyone seems to have a different story, and I am happy and privileged to share the story of the One who makes all the difference for this life and for our eternal story—Jesus Christ.  Please feel free to call me at church at 905-1400 or email me: kent.holz@gmail.com
